    About Bloomin'Party! Bouquet 4 Your Season～

    Bloomin'Party! Bouquet 4 Your Season is a pictSQUARE event hosted for International A3! fans from all over the world.
    Exhibition venue will be in English and Japanese, but content in other languages are very much welcome as well!    Participating circles can exhibit various fanwork such as fanart, fancomics and fanfiction, sell physical goods and doujins on their respected stores, and so on.Selling goods will not be mandatory, and you are allowed to simply exhibit your fanwork if you wish.

    What is pictSQUARE?

    pictSQUARE is a Japanese site/online service that let's people hold exhibitions online, like a "virtual con".You can upload your own custom pixel avatars, custom booths, and walk around the venue map on the day of the exhibition.
    Anyone with an email and a phone number can sign up to participate!

    Is it free to participate?

    - The event will be held non-profit and anyone can visit the venue for free!
    - Fee to participate as a circle/exhibitor is 550 yen (Approx 5usd), which goes as a fee to pictSQUARE's system. We will not be taking any of this fee.
    Payment can be made with a credit card（VISA、MASTER、JCB、AMEX、DINERS), or through Paidy (Japan only) on the pictSQUARE site.

    What are we allowed to exhibit?

    We are looking for exhibits with fanworks related to the A3! game as the main subject.If you are interested in selling goods, it is recommended that you use your own online store site. Additional payment such as shipping fees will not be covered by the moderators. We will not be be responsible for the individual stores and will only be providing the online venue to host the exhibition.Each circle has different sales methods, so please check carefully before purchasing.Below are some suggestions of what you can exhibit on your booth!Free to view content such as:
    - Fanfiction
    - Fanart
    - Free to print zines and posters.
    - Digital Goods    Sales of physical fan-made merchandise, such as:
    - Printed Doujins / Comics
    - Printed fan-fictions / Novels
    - Badges / Pins / Keychains
    - Stickers / Prints
    - Handmade goods
    etc!    Content that include the following are allowed as long as they are tagged accordingly.:
    - Ship content / Coupling
    - Spoilers
    Please do not directly upload to the venue:
    - NSFW / R-18
    - Sensitive Material / Fanworks that require content warning
    Make sure to exhibit these under a different external link or password protected site. All exhibit booths, circle cuts, and catalogs should be SFW.

    What are we NOT allowed to exhibit?

    As some types of exhibits might get us into trouble, to ensure everyone's safety, please refrain from exhibiting types of content that is mentioned below.Not Allowed to be exhibited:
    - Sales of goods with official A3! logo, or anything resembling the official logos or visuals.
    (Please refrain from using edits of official images or visuals!)
    - Paid digital goods/download data sales. (OK if available for free download!)
    Anything crypto is also prohibited.
    - Sales of perishable goods such as food and beverages.

    Space Placement

    - During circle registration, we will be collecting 1 "main tag" from exhibitors.
    Examples：All Character, Couple AxB, Character A Main, etc.
    Circle cut and space design can be changed up until the day of the event, so no need to rush.
    - Map will be manually arranged by mods according to booth content. (e.g, We will try to sort booth by spoiler, and try to arrange content of the same character/ship to be next to each other.)

    About Screenshots

    - You are allowed to screenshot or screen record the venue as you'd like.
    - Make sure to get permission from the booth owner or participants shown when you are posting screenshots.
    - Please do not make edits out of screenshots taken from the event space.

    Bloomin'Party! Bouquet 4 Your Season～ はA3！の国際向けWebオンリーイベントです。
    A3!キャラクターの作品であれば参加いただけます。
    英語と日本語の内容がメインなんですが、他の言語も日本語で参加しても大歓迎です。
    国際のイベントですので、色々な言語で作られたA3！作品や、海外の監督さんと楽しめるイベントです。    ※主催者は日本に住んでいる方です。

    サークル参加

    550円の参加料でどなたでもサークルとしてご参加頂けます！
    550円は会場提供頂くpictSQUARE様のシステム使用料、主催の利益にはなりません。
    キャンセルはサークル申し込み期間のみ受け付けます。
    - カップリングの有無を問わずご参加いただけます。
    - イラスト・漫画・小説などの販売、展示のみでもOKです。
    - 成人向け作品の頒布・展示が可能です。
    - 年齢指定のある作品は必ずワンクッションをお願いします。    国際イベントなので、外国の方からの購入の場合があります。外国向けのサービスで外国の方も購入できるようにするのはおすすめです。（例：tensoのBuyeeが繋がってるサイトなど）
    または、外国の方からの作品の購入、同人誌・グッズ等の購入、個人情報の管理や商品発送などは参加者様ご自身の負担と責任でお願い致します。

    禁止事項

    - 海賊版に該当する恐れのある作品。
    - 食品の頒布。
    - 有料ダウンロード販売。

    サークル配置について

    - 先頭にご記入いただいたカップリング/キャラクタータグにて配置を行います。
    例：オールキャラ、ABなど
    店舗外観やサークルカット、お品書きなどの変更は当日も可能ですので慌てずご準備ください。
    - サークルの配置は手動にて行います。

    スクショ等に関して

    この会場内の撮影（スクショ、画面収録等）は自由とさせて頂きます。
    店舗主のサークル様や他の参加者様の許可を取ってください。
    序良俗に反しない用途で、画像や動画を撮影し、利用・公開してください。
    コアタイムを設けさせていただきます。
    記念撮影もいたします！

    - Please be kind and respectful to each other.
    We have arranged this event to have a fun place for international a3 fans to gather!    Different cultures may have different norms, please keep this in mind when participating in our event.- Please do not leave or send any offensive messages on chat or message boards even as a joke or sarcasm.
    - Please be mindful to receive permission before posting screenshots on SNS.
    - Please read and follow our guidelines thoroughly when registering as a circle.
    - We strictly prohibit exhibition of R18 content made by minors. Additionally, we ask for minors to please not interact with age restricted exhibits.

    Registration will be open from November 26 2021 to February 4 2022.    available spaces can be added according to the amount of people that register, so don't worry about grabbing a spot!Cancellation will only be possible in the registration period.

    Making an Account + Basic UI

    pictSQUARE requires account registration to participate.
    Below is a step by step guide on how to register your account!

    1. Front page.

    Go to https://pictsquare.net/.Press the yellow button to register as a user.

    2. Register and verify your email address

    Fill in your email address as pictured below.
    After you enter your email, you will need to continue through a verification link that they have sent to your email.

    3. Fill in your basic information!

    You should be in your dashboard now! Here is a translation of the dashboard.
    But hold on, you're not done yet! We still have the phone number verification.

    3. Phone number verification

    pictSQUARE requires phone number verification.
    As mentioned on their site, the phone number verification is to prevent users who violate pictSQUARE's terms from repeating offenses or trolling and spamming the site.    pictSQUARE send codes to numbers outside of Japan as well, but there may be issues depending on your carrier.
    Follow the guide below, and if you are having trouble, don't hesitate to come ask us for help verifying your account!    To start, go to your account settings.

    - SMS Verification

    If you've entered the code. The phone number verification should be successful and your account is ready to use!

    - In the case that SMS doesn't work:
    There are cases where SMS doesn't work. pictSQUARE has a 2nd way of verifying your phone number.
    instead of receiving an SMS, you will be calling their number instead.
    Fees may apply, so please be aware for numbers outside of japan!

    - Phone Call Verification

    In the same page as before, there should be a white button below the enter code button. Pressing that will allow the phone call button to appear.

    After pressing the button and confirming, a phone number should show up. Within 120 seconds, call that phone number with the number you registered.

    The phone should connect, then you can hang up. The page should automatically proceed. You've authenticated your phone number!

    - If neither SMS nor calling methods work, don't hesitate to contact us for help.
    We have a channel for troubleshooting on our discord server.
    1 working number seems to be able to verify multiple accounts, so try other numbers or ask help from a friend if you're stuck!

    If you made it this far with no issues, your account is ready to participate in our event or any other pictSQUARE events!

    Circle Registration Guide

    Please note once more that registering as a circle will cost 550 Yen, which is a fee that goes to pictSQUARE.
    Payment method for circle registration:
    - Credit card（VISA、MASTER、JCB、AMEX、DINERS)
    - Paidy (Japan only, Convenience store payment / Bank transfer.)
    We recommend using a credit card for this payment, but if you need help, you can contact us on discord.

    1. Finish registering your account.

    2. Go to our event page, click 「サークル参加申し込み」/ Circle Registration.

    3. Fill in your exhibit details.

    - Choose the 2nd dropdown option of "Other online shopping sites".- Enter your main exhibit link.
    You can change this later.    This will be where you enter your online shop link or a link to the work you want to exhibit.- Enter your circle name.
    You can change this later.    - Upload a booth design.
    You can skip this for now.    Booth design can be changed anytime from the avatar settings.- Upload a circle cut.
    You can skip this for now.    We will be providing a circle cut guide shortly.
    Circle cuts are not mandatory, but highly reccomended.
    Reminder: Using edits of official images or visuals are strictly prohibited.
    Size: w500 x h500 pixels    - Upload a catalogue.
    You can skip this for now.    This is where you will upload a catalogue of your exhibit.
    Size: w500 x h1000 pixels    - Answer all details about your exhibit.We are asking our exhibitors to submit a "main tag" of the type of content that you will be exhibiting, and whether or not you intend to put ACT 3 spoilers in your exhibit or not.
    The format is written on the description of the question.

    4. Check the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service and press Confirm.

    5. If all your details have been entered correctly, press confirm to register.

    6. Paying the registeration fee of 550 Yen.

    Finish up by paying the fee of 550 Yen registration fee.

    7. Your circle has been registered.

    Setting up your custom Avatar / Booth

    Using a custom avatar is optional,
    but since we're having a party, why not dress up for the occasion?
    We will provide some custom a3! avatars, free to use for anyone who wishes to.    Below are instructions on how to change your avatar.

    Click the ghost icon that says アバター設定 to change your avatar settings.

    For all participants: Setting up your Avatar

    - Image uploaded will be a single image of your avatar facing all directions, compiled in a 96 pixel width, 128 pixel height .png image
    Size for 1 character is 32x32.
    - Make sure the background is transparent.
    - You can test your avatar in a test/demo venue at any time you'd like.

    For exhibitors: Setting up your booth

    On the same avatar page, there should be a tab next to the アバター tab.
    Here, you can change your booth details.
    Both booth and avatar can be set up right until before the event day, so there is no need to make one in a hurry.

    - File size up until 10MB in size are accepted.    Please keep these in mind when you are making your booth design:

    Entering the Venue

    Join us in our venue when it opens!

    If you have made and set up your account, you're ready to enter the venue!
    Simply go to our front page to start.

    If the venue has been opened, you can enter by pressing the enter venue button.This button will only appear in the event day once the venue has been opened.
    So don't worry if you can't find it right now!

    Enter your nickname and pick your avatar before entering.

    About Messages

    - Messages will be seen by people in your proximity.
    - 30 characters max per message.
    - add @ before your message to make it a status message. (e.g: @Currently AFK)
    - Please be nice to each other! Don't send messages that can make others uncomfortable.
